  • Dr. Sarah Lepe

    Co-Founder and Director of Education & Leadership

    Dr. Sarah Lepe isn’t just building programs, she’s leading a movement to reimagine what’s possible for students beyond the classroom. As the Co-Founder and Director of Education & Leadership at Olympians Inspire, she brings nearly 20 years of experience in education, a powerful personal story, and an unwavering belief in the potential of every student.

    A former afterschool kid turned educator and district leader, Dr. Lepe most recently served as the Manager of the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) for the Oxnard School District, supporting over 8,000 students across 20 school sites. With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and a background as a Division I collegiate athlete, she fuses mindset, character-building, and leadership into learning experiences that go far beyond academics.

    Through dynamic student assemblies, hands-on curriculum, and staff development aligned with California’s Expanded Learning Quality Standards, Dr. Lepe helps schools amplify student voice and strengthen school culture. Her mission is to inspire the next generation to lead with vision, resilience, and purpose.

  • Taj Dashaun Johnson

    Co-Founder and Director of Programming

    Taj Dashaun turns possibility into action—helping young people unlock their full potential, both in the classroom and in everyday life.

    As Co-Founder and Director of Programming at Olympians Inspire, Taj brings over a decade of experience designing youth programs that change lives—programs that build character, spark curiosity, and inspire bold leadership.

    A former Division I collegiate athlete, Taj knows firsthand the highs, heartbreaks, and life lessons sports can deliver. His own transition—from student-athlete to coach, mentor, and creator—fuels his passion for guiding students through pivotal moments with clarity and confidence. Before co-founding Olympians Inspire, Taj spent years mentoring student-athletes and developing personal growth initiatives that bridged the gap between sports, education, and leadership. Today, through interactive curriculum, inspiring student assemblies, and educator trainings aligned with California’s Expanded Learning Quality Standards, he helps schools amplify student engagement, strengthen campus culture, and prepare the next generation to lead with vision, resilience, and purpose.

    Creative Director

    Andy Lepe is the Creative Director of Olympians Inspire, where he combines artistic vision with lived athletic experience to create impactful, story-driven programming. A former soccer standout and lifelong artist, Andy brings a unique blend of discipline, creativity, and heart to everything he touches, from visual design to on-site event experiences.

    Growing up, soccer wasn’t just a sport for Andy, it was a training ground for leadership, teamwork, and resilience. Today, he channels that same passion into helping students connect with their own potential through creativity and storytelling. Whether he’s designing student materials, capturing inspiring moments behind the camera, or building out the brand’s visual identity, Andy ensures every detail of Olympians Inspire reflects energy, purpose, and connection.

    His mission is to help students feel seen, inspired, and ready to lead on the field, in the classroom, and in life.

    Director of Operations

    Jaimie Johnson is the organizational heartbeat of Olympians Inspire, ensuring every program, trip, and event runs seamlessly from start to finish. As Director of Operations, she brings a meticulous eye for detail, a passion for planning, and an unmatched ability to turn big ideas into well-executed realities.

    From coordinating team travel and securing hotel accommodations to planning meals and managing countless behind-the-scenes logistics, Jaimie thrives on creating order out of complexity. Her love for organization isn’t just a skill—it’s her superpower, ensuring that every moving piece is perfectly aligned so the team can focus on inspiring students.

    With a background spanning business operations, team management, and event coordination, Jaimie blends strategic thinking with hands-on precision. Her work allows Olympians Inspire to deliver smooth, impactful experiences that leave a lasting impression—on students, educators, and communities alike.
